Purpose of this Manual

This manual is the reference guide for using costeo. It aims to:

  • Explain each module of the application and how the modules connect to one another
  • Provide step-by-step instructions for every documented workflow, with a screenshot of each screen
  • State the field-level rules - mandatory fields, defaults, and formats - for every dialog
  • Record the business rules and constraints that govern when data can still be changed

Note: CAPMO is a separate construction management platform that costeo integrates with through a connector - it is not part of costeo itself. Section 4.4 describes the integration.
