This manual is the reference guide for using costeo. It aims to:
- Explain each module of the application and how the modules connect to one another
- Provide step-by-step instructions for every documented workflow, with a screenshot of each screen
- State the field-level rules — mandatory fields, defaults, and formats — for every dialog
- Record the business rules and constraints that govern when data can still be changed
Note: CAPMO is a separate construction management platform that costeo integrates with through a connector — it is not part of costeo itself. Section 4.4 describes the integration.
