Access to costeo is by invitation only — there is no self-registration. An administrator invites you either to the organisation (see section 4.2.2) or directly to a project (see section 5.14.4). In both cases you receive an invitation email.

The email names the person who invited you and the organisation you are joining. Select Accept invitation, or copy the fallback link into your browser if the button does not work. The invitation is valid until the expiry date stated in the email; after that date a new invitation must be sent.

Note: The invitation email is bilingual, with the German text above the English. If you were not expecting an invitation, ignore the email — accepting an unexpected invitation is how an attacker would join your workspace under a colleague’s name.
