costeo is a construction project management platform built for the German market. It brings the full commercial lifecycle of a construction project into one system: budgets are planned by DIN 276 cost group, work is packaged into trades and awarded to contractors, bills of quantities (LV) define and price the work position by position, and progress invoices are checked, measured, and paid - with discounts, cash discounts (Skonto), retentions, and securities applied automatically from the terms agreed on each trade.
The platform is organised in two layers:
- Workspace administration - members and roles, the company address book, external connectors such as CAPMO, letterhead templates for PDF export, and reusable permission presets.
- Project workspace — everything belonging to one project: overview dashboard, cost planning, cost tracking, trades, bills of quantities, invoices with measurement and payment calculation, payments reconciliation, tickets, and project-level companies, members, and settings.
Billing in costeo is cumulative and audit-oriented: each progress invoice (AZ) carries quantities to date, measurements record the arithmetic behind every accepted quantity, and finalised invoices become immutable in line with the German GoBD principles for electronic record-keeping.
